        MEET THE MAKER!

        Hello! I’m Abbie, I’m eighteen years old & the hands behind all of the artwork here at The Branded Nickel. I started my business at just fifteen years old with the help of my amazing & loving mother. I was born & raised in south Texas, and currently run The Branded Nickel full time from home. 
        My mother and I travel to various markets and shows around Texas to help create some hat bar magic with everyone we meet! Thank god for moms!

        I absolutely love what i do & am so thankful for everyone who has supported me on my journey of following in my father’s footsteps. My father, Steven Nickel was a very well known artist in my hometown. He unfortunately lost his battle with mental health & addiction in 2012. The Branded Nickel is my way of keeping his legacy alive by not only also becoming a full time artist myself, but also by naming my business after him!

        I hope through The Branded Nickel I’m able to be an active advocate for mental health, create many beautiful pieces of artwork, and return some of the love you all have shown me.

          Return Policy

          We unfortunately do not accept returns or money back - however we do accept exchanges! If returned online the customer if fully responsible for all shipping fees. 

          You may not return the item(s) if there is any form of customization on the item. (ex: initial branding)

          HAT EXCHANGES:

          No refunds. Exchanges will be considered on an individual basis.

          Exchanges may only be accepted if the hat is:

          - unworn. (other then try on)

          - there are no initials.

          - there is no custom words or brands.

          - it is a ready to ship hat (pre-designed only)

          Custom hat payments

          All custom hats require a 75$ deposit. Please note your custom hat will NOT be started until the deposit is paid. The deposit goes towards your full payment amount. The remainder of your payment is due the day of shipping, please note your order will not be shipped until the remainder of your payment is paid!

          How should I measure my head?
          Finding your hat size is easy! Find a flexible measuring tape and measure the circumference of your head in CM. From there I will help you find your perfect size!


          How are your hats sized?

          My felts are sized small-large!
          55cm - small

          57cm - medium

          59cm - large

          We all have one size fits all options!

          What if I’m allergic to wool?If you have a wool allergy don’t sweat it! We also carry authentic suede hats! We will be happy to accommodate you in any was possible!
